The idea
The antidote to corporate, pastel fitness fads. Inspired by the Indian akhada wrestling tradition: grounded, high-intensity, and community-driven. Focuses on functional movement, macebell workouts, and bodyweight conditioning.
Connects member workout streaks, class reservations, and home video guides with gym trainers managing class attendance and form feedback.
