Less waiting room, more doctor.
Most clinics still run on a register and a crowded waiting room. We build patient booking with live token tracking, a reception board for walk-ins, a doctor desk for prescriptions, and the TV screen that calls the next token.

Who it's for
If this sounds like you.
- Multi-speciality clinics with morning and evening OPDs
- Single-doctor practices: physiotherapy, dental, dermatology
- Diagnostic labs offering home sample collection
- Health startups adding teleconsults
Every side of the product
4 apps, one system.
Most studios build the customer screen and stop. The other sides are where the business actually runs, so we build them together on one design system.
- 01
Patient booking
Find a doctor by specialty or symptom, book a token or a video call, and watch your place in the queue. See Cliniqo.
- 02
Reception board
Check-ins, walk-ins, emergencies, “doctor running late” broadcasts and fee receipts.
- 03
Doctor desk
Patient history, complaints and a digital prescription with dosage autocomplete.
- 04
Waiting-room screen
A high-contrast TV view that calls tokens with a chime in English and a local language.
Features Indian customers expect
The must-haves, done properly.

Questions
About your doctor appointment app.
How much does a doctor appointment app cost in India?
It depends on the number of doctors and branches, and whether you need teleconsults, e-prescriptions or lab workflows. We give a fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief. Our clinic software guide explains what to include first. Teleconsults can be added later.
Can it handle walk-in patients, not just online bookings?
Yes. In our concept build Cliniqo, reception adds walk-ins to the same token queue as online bookings, and the waiting-room screen and patient app update together. Most Indian clinics need both. Reception can also mark emergencies and broadcast delays. Patients see the change at once.
How long does it take?
A single-practice booking site with a clinician desk can be ready in about six weeks. A multi-doctor OPD system with reception, doctor desk and waiting-room screen usually takes 8 to 10 weeks. You see working screens from the first fortnight, and we time the switch-over to a quieter clinic week.
Is patient data kept private?
We design for privacy from the start: consent screens, role-based access, and records that only the right staff can open. We also walk you through your obligations under India's data protection law; see our DPDP checklist. We are not lawyers, so we recommend a legal review before launch.
Who owns the system?
You do. Source code, designs and documentation are handed over in full, and you choose where it is hosted. Patient records stay in accounts that belong to the clinic, and your own team or any other developer can take the system forward without us.
