Money apps that people trust with their money.
First-time investors in tier-2 towns, chai-stall merchants on UPI, families comparing insurance. We design and build the customer app, the ops console that checks KYC and disputes, and the website that explains it all in plain words.

Who it's for
If this sounds like you.
- Founders launching an investing, savings or rewards product
- Payment and merchant-tools startups built on UPI
- Insurance and lending businesses replacing paper-heavy journeys
- Regulated companies that need a better front end on existing rails
Every side of the product
4 apps, one system.
Most studios build the customer screen and stop. The other sides are where the business actually runs, so we build them together on one design system.
- 01
Customer app
Onboarding, KYC, the home screen people check daily, and payments that confirm in a breath. Seedvest turns every SIP into a seed in a growing garden.
- 02
Merchant or partner app
Settlements, QR codes and a credit book for shopkeepers. Coinjar's merchant app reads each payment aloud in Hindi, Marathi or Tamil.
- 03
Ops and risk console
KYC review, mandates, disputes and fraud signals in one queue, so your team works cases rather than spreadsheets.
- 04
Website and calculators
Pricing, SIP and premium calculators and a learn hub that answers the questions people are too shy to ask.
Features Indian customers expect
The must-haves, done properly.
Designed for the phones, networks, languages and payment habits your customers actually have.
- 01
UPI-first payments
Scan-and-pay, collect requests, autopay mandates and clear success and failure states. See our guide to UPI in your app.
- 02
KYC that doesn't lose people
Step-by-step document and selfie capture with progress saved, so a dropped connection doesn't mean starting again.
- 03
Numbers people can read
Returns, fees and dues shown in rupees first, with the maths a tap away. Crest prints its reward rate rather than hiding it.
- 04
Plain-language policies
What is covered and what isn't, side by side. Umbrello shows a claim moving from surveyor to garage to payout.
- 05
Indian languages
Key flows, alerts and receipts in Hindi and regional languages, not just a translated menu.
- 06
Works on budget phones
Light screens, cached data and quick cold starts for entry-level Android handsets on patchy 4G.
- 07
Security you can explain
Device binding, app lock, session timeouts and clear consent screens for personal data.
- 08
Alerts on WhatsApp and SMS
Due dates, payment receipts and claim updates where people already read their messages.

Cost and timeline
8–12 weeks for a first version.
Fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief: scope, timeline and price in writing before we start. These are what move the number.
- How many sides the product has: customer only, or merchants, agents and ops too
- Which regulated partners you integrate with for payments, KYC or investments
- Depth of the ops console: case queues, audit trails and reports
- Number of languages at launch
- Charts, live prices and motion-heavy moments
Questions
About your fintech app.
How much does it cost to build a fintech app in India?
It depends on how many sides you need and which partners you plug into. We give every project a fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief, so the number is agreed before work starts. For typical market ranges and what pushes them up, read our guide to app development cost in India.
Do you handle licences, KYC and payment approvals?
No. Lending, payment aggregation, investment advice and KYC are regulated, so they need your own licences or a regulated partner such as a bank, payment gateway or broker. We design and build the product around those partners: their APIs, their approval steps and the screens your users see. Your compliance team or lawyer signs off the rules.
How long does a first version take?
A two-week concept sprint gets you a clickable prototype of the core flow for investors or partners. A full first version — brand, customer app, ops console and website — usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending mostly on partner integrations and how much the ops side has to do on day one.
Will it work on cheap Android phones?
Yes, we design for them first. Screens stay light, data is cached so the home screen opens without a network round-trip, and heavy charts load after the balance does. We test on entry-level Android handsets and slow connections, because that is where most first-time investors and merchants are.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, design files, the brand system and documentation are handed over in full, in repositories your team controls. That matters in fintech, where auditors and partners may ask to see how things work. Nothing stays locked in our accounts, and there is no licence fee to keep using what we built.
