Solutions · Mobility & logistics

Logistics software your dispatchers will thank you for.

Booking a truck should be as easy as booking a ride, and the ops team behind it needs a screen that can handle thousands of shipments without slowing down. We build both: the booking and driver apps, and the dense dashboards that run the fleet.

Live build: HornOK · Intracity logistics

Who it's for

If this sounds like you.

  • Intracity goods transport and packers-and-movers businesses
  • Fleet owners and transporters moving from phone calls to an app
  • Freight and 3PL companies whose ops run on spreadsheets
  • Manufacturers and distributors managing their own dispatch

Every side of the product

4 apps, one system.

Most studios build the customer screen and stop. The other sides are where the business actually runs, so we build them together on one design system.

  1. 01

    Booking app

Vehicle size, multi-stop routes, a helper add-on and a live map. HornOK estimates which vehicle your load needs.

  2. 02

    Driver app

Trip requests, route guidance, loading and unloading checks and a clear daily earnings ledger.

  3. 03

    Ops console

Shipments, exceptions and fleet use. Fluxhaul scrolls a very large shipment table without lag and is fully keyboard driven.

  4. 04

    Business site

Contract logistics, rate cards and driver sign-ups for B2B customers.

Features Indian customers expect

The must-haves, done properly.

Designed for the phones, networks, languages and payment habits your customers actually have.

  1. 01

    Vehicle fit estimator

Pick the furniture or cartons and see whether a three-wheeler or a small truck is the right size.

  2. 02

    Proof of delivery

Photo, signature or OTP at each drop, with SMS updates to the receiver.

  3. 03

    Exception board

Delayed trucks, route diversions and missed delivery windows surfaced before customers ask.

  4. 04

    Fair-pay ledger

Tolls, waiting charges and net earnings itemised for every driver.

  5. 05

    Keyboard-first ops

Dispatchers move through rows, edit status and run bulk actions without a mouse.

  6. 06

    Exports and reports

CSV manifests and corridor reports for accounts and clients.

  7. 07

    Hindi and regional driver UI

Drivers get large buttons and their own language.

Cost and timeline

8–12 weeks for a first version.

Fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief: scope, timeline and price in writing before we start. These are what move the number.

  • Intracity on-demand, scheduled B2B or long-haul freight
  • Size of the data your ops team works with
  • Pricing: per km, slabs, bids or contracts
  • Integrations with GPS devices, ERP or accounting
  • Number of user roles and approval steps

Questions

About your logistics app.

How much does a logistics app cost in India?

It depends on whether you need a customer booking app, a driver app, an ops console or all three, and on integrations with your GPS or ERP. We give a fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief. The app cost guide covers the main drivers.

Can you build only the ops dashboard for our existing fleet?

Yes. Our concept build Fluxhaul is a stand-alone freight ops console: a large shipment table, an exception centre and analytics. Many logistics teams start with the dashboard because that is where the spreadsheets hurt most. It plugs into your existing fleet data instead of replacing it.

How long does it take?

A booking app, driver app and ops console together usually take 8 to 12 weeks. A dashboard on its own is quicker. We show working screens from the first fortnight, not just designs. You can test each side with real drivers as it comes together.

Will the driver app work in areas with poor signal?

Yes. Highways and loading yards often have weak coverage, so the driver app saves trip events on the phone and syncs when the connection returns. It runs on low-cost Android handsets. Proof-of-delivery photos upload in the background once there is a signal.

Do we own the software?

Yes. Source code, design files and documentation are handed over in full, and you can host it wherever you like. Your dispatch data stays in your own accounts, and your engineers or any other team can extend the system without asking us.

Next · Doctor appointment appLess waiting room, more doctor. Most clinics still run on a register and a crowded waiting room. We build patient booking with live token tracking, a reception board for walk-ins, a doctor desk for prescriptions, and the TV screen that calls the next token.
